We generally allow cancellation of rooms up to 48 hours in advance of your arrival however during these two events we charge in full and it is non-refundable.

Home and Gift Fair - 11th -18th July 2013

Under our normal cancellation policy we do our best to resell - if we are successful there will be a discount on your booked room this means it is always best to ring us straight away should you need to cancel so we can help save you money.

Groups of 4 or more rooms must pay a non-refundable deposit of £10 per room - payable on day of booking.

We do not take Stag or Hen Groups and if we discover you are one of these type of groups you will be charged in full and asked to leave - we are a small property and cannot have other guests disturbed during the night.

Late check in - our last check in is 9pm this is because the owners have to be up at 6.30 am to prepare breakfast. We feel it isn't fair to our other guests to be disturbed by late arrivals during the night and then have grumpy hosts in the morning. Therefore we ask if you need to arrive after 9pm to call and see if self check in can be arranged.
