We are having various railings on the front and back of the property to bring back the original Victorian feel as well as make safe and sturdy handrails for our guests.

We love our super local crafts people Planet steel who do all our metal work. 

Rooms 1-4 are now completed
(1) is a front facing King Size double room with a large light bay window and ensuite walk in shower room.
(2) is a large King Size double room or it can be made up as a twin as required. Large walk in shower in the ensuite. Front facing with a large bay window.
(3) is a back facing twin or King Size Double room with walk in shower ensuite. 
(4) is a small double and sold as such or sometimes as a superior single room and is on the back. Please be aware this room is near the back door and if you are a light sleeper 3 would be a better choice.

Our 2 small single rooms are 11 and 12 - these are ensuite but a more budget option. These are perfect for the traveler who is say attending a craft or trade show and will be out of their room most of the time. Each room comes with a 3 foot wide single bed, wi-fi, TV, hanging rail and tea and coffee making facilities.
Both rooms 11 and 12 are on the 2nd floor overlooking the front.

Just some quick snaps to keep you informed - first one is the new Sink in the Garden Room bathroom - good sized countertop and shelf for all your odds and ends!

This room has a subtle Alice in Wonderland theme with just a few light touches - bed arrived today so just putting everything out where its meant to be.

Just been putting the furniture together for this room today and super pleased with it - big solid Oak King Size bed and a good size bathroom - also love the Glass and reclaimed Teak furniture from our friends at the Raft store.

Our super Joiner John has just been finishing up our new door out onto the patio - was really awful french doors which didn't fit, didn't shut properly and were that awful chicken wire safety glass which made it look like a prison! luckily technology has moved on which means we can have clear double glazed safety glass and a small push paddle and it all lets in lots of light - really pleased.

OUr super Landscapers have got all the flag down now just worting out the walls on either side of the way in - lovely york stone to go on top. Just been speaking with our amazing Planet Steel people who are making out railing and hand rails etc and are coming out next week to fit -- pictures to follow ASAP.

Got all the new plumbing in and new cast iron radiators - plus all the old bar area all pulled out and gas link up's removed by our super plumbing team - now its all cleared out its ready to start putting in the new kitchen, bench seating and coffee bar area.
